The current climate of uncertainty in the face of the Coronavirus and the impact of self-isolation presents further unforeseen difficulties for which many are struggling to deal with.
As a qualified and experienced psychotherapist I can help you to work through these difficulties so that you can cope better. Therapy can help you to develop resilience.

What do I offer?
I offer confidential treatment for individuals and couples aged 18 and over.
I am a qualified psychotherapist with an MSc in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and am registered with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). I have longstanding clinical experience as a CBT therapist for the NHS and the Priory Hospital Group.
In addition to CBT I use techniques from a range of other therapeutic models such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness and Clinical Hypnosis.
