People seek therapy for many different reasons, for instance when unable to cope with sadness, anxiety, depression, lack of confidence, addictions or difficulties in relationships. Effective therapy involves a collaborative approach and careful listening to understand your needs. As a qualified and experienced psychotherapist, I am able to help you to learn and develop the skills you need to handle the problems you face.
I will provide you the help you need to work through your difficulties so that you can cope better. Therapy can help you to develop resilience. Asking for support can be hard. Creating time and space to work on what really matters can be very hard.

What will you receive?
You will receive confidential expert treatment. Treatment is offered for individuals and couples aged 18 and over.
I have an MSc in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). I am registered as an accredited psychotherapist with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). I have longstanding clinical experience as a CBT therapist for the NHS and the Priory Hospital and it’s Harley Street Clinic.
In addition to CBT I use techniques where required from a range of other therapeutic models such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness and Clinical Hypnosis, as required.
