Problems
The following are problems that I can help you with.

Addictions
Addictions involve the misuse of substances or engaging in behaviours for which the ‘reward’ provides a strong reinforcing incentive to repeat the activity, despite damaging effects.

Anger
Anger or frustration is a natural human response to situations such as disagreements, being insulted, deceived or treated unfairly. Anger becomes a problem for you if it harms yourself or others.

Anxiety
Anxiety is a natural response to threat, but when it becomes overwhelming or persistent, can be distressing and leave you feeling out of control.

Confidence
Lack of confidence and shyness can lead you to be avoidant and prevents you from fulfilling your potential.

Depression
Depression can involve persistent sadness or low mood. You may experience loss of interest or pleasure; disturbed sleep; change in appetite and weight; tiredness; agitation or slowing of movements; poor concentration or indecisiveness.

Eating Disorders
Eating disorders are characterized by unhealthy, obsessive, or disordered eating habits and involve both emotional and physical symptoms.

Insomnia
Insomnia is the disturbance of a normal sleep pattern and is experienced by many people at some point in life. Insomnia can leave you feeling exhausted, unable to cope effectively and can make you irritable and frustrated.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome
Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is caused by a functional disorder of the gut even though the structure may appear normal. The pain and discomfort can damage your quality of life.

Low Self Esteem
Problems with low self-esteem will affect your life in many ways. CBT can help you to understand how early childhood experiences and more recent events may have affected your lack of confidence.

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
Obsessions and compulsions are commonly grouped together and are known as Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Obsessions can be intrusive and are characterized by involuntary recurrent and intrusive thoughts, ideas or impulses.

Panic Attacks
Panic attacks are a type of fear response. They are an extreme response to danger, stress or excitement. They can happen without warning, and can often occur for what seems to be no apparent reason during the day or night.

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a condition which develops after having experienced or witnessed, a serious trauma such as a life-threatening assault, rape, torture, seeing someone killed or a severe accident.

Sexual Issues
It is common to experience sexual difficulties at some stage in life. Sexual behaviour becomes a disorder when it leads to significant distress, threatens to harm self or others, or becomes compulsive.

Stress
While stress can motivate and drive you to perform at your optimum level and boost energy, it can also have damaging physical affects and be harmful to your mind and body.
